Trade Program Terms

1. Eligibility. The Trade Program is for interior designers, architects, home stagers, builders and developers, and hospitality professionals with an established practice. Membership is by approval.
2. Trade pricing. Trade pricing applies to orders placed and paid through your own trade account. Your pricing and the dates it applies are set out in your approval email. Custom orders (any change to fabric, finish or size) are quoted separately by our trade desk.
3. Your account is yours. Your trade account and pricing are for your firm's projects only and may not be shared or transferred.
4. Confidential pricing. Trade prices are confidential. They may not be published, advertised or listed online, and pieces bought at trade pricing may not be resold through online marketplaces.
5. Tax-exempt purchases. Available with a valid resale certificate that covers furniture or home furnishings. You are responsible for its accuracy.
6. Active membership. We review accounts each year. Accounts with no orders may be moved to inactive.
7. Our discretion. We may approve, decline or close any trade account at our discretion.
