At Ali Guler Furniture, every order is handled with care from preparation to delivery and after-sale support. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, made to order, and delivered with specialized handling, our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow. This page explains how order changes, standard returns, and service-related issues are handled.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders canceled within 2 days of purchase are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Orders canceled after 2 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Once an order, or any item within an order, has been dispatched for shipment or delivery, it may no longer be canceled.

Standard Returns

Standard return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:

  • new and unused
  • in its original packaging
  • in returnable condition upon inspection

All returns are subject to approval and inspection.

If available, pickup may be arranged by Ali Guler Furniture as a convenience, but pickup and related return costs may apply.

If There Is a Delivery Issue

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, our first step is to resolve the issue through:

  • repair
  • replacement parts
  • corrective service where appropriate
  • replacement of the affected item

A full return or full refund is not automatic for damaged, defective, or missing items.

If repair or replacement cannot be completed within 16 weeks, a return or refund may then be reviewed.

Important Clarification

If one item needs service, that does not automatically affect the rest of the order. Any acceptance, refusal, return, or remedy is handled item by item.

A problem with one item, one component, or one shipment does not create the right to reject, return, cancel, or receive a refund for the entire order.

Natural Variations

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made from natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, finish, tone, texture, fabric placement, and artisan-applied details are part of the character of the furniture and are not considered defects.

Return Inspection

All approved returns are subject to inspection.

Items that show signs of use, modification, customer-caused damage, missing packaging, or handling after delivery may not qualify for return approval.
