How much does shipping cost to my state?
Shipping is included in our white-glove delivery quote — not tacked on as a line item. Cost varies by state and piece size, but the price we quote you is the price you pay, delivered and placed in your room.
What if a piece is damaged during delivery?
Every piece is inspected by our Houston gallery team before it leaves Texas, and again by our white-glove delivery crew at your door. If anything arrives damaged, we repair or replace it at our expense. Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects from the day of delivery.
Can I customize the fabric or finish?
Yes. Every Ali Guler piece is handcrafted to order in our Ankara workshop — that means fabric, wood stain, and gilded detailing can be tailored to your room. There is no upcharge for custom finishes on most collections. Ask our design team on your virtual session.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
If the piece is in stock, we ship in 10–15 days. If it’s a custom order or needs to be built from scratch in our Ankara workshop, expect 14–18 weeks. We confirm your exact timeline in writing before you place a deposit — no surprises.
What’s your return policy?
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Pieces with manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced under our 2-year warranty. Our virtual design session exists precisely so you feel confident before ordering.

What happens in a virtual design session?
You’ll be on a video call (FaceTime, Google Meet, or WhatsApp — whatever you prefer) with our design team, live from our Houston gallery. Bring your room photos, rough dimensions, and any inspiration pictures. In 30 minutes we’ll walk you through collections that fit your space, pick fabrics, and send you a written quote. No obligation to buy.
Can I visit the showroom in person?
Absolutely. Our Houston gallery is at 3226 Hillcroft Street, Houston, TX 77057. If you’re ever in Texas, come by — we’d love to have you. Call ahead to make sure a designer is available to walk you through the collections.
How do I choose the right fabric?
During your virtual session we’ll show you fabric swatches on camera, and if you’d like physical samples we’ll mail them to you before you place your deposit. Every fabric we offer is upholstery-grade, rated for high daily use, and chosen by our designers.
What does white-glove delivery include?
White-glove delivery means our own trained crew (or our trusted partners) brings your furniture into your home, assembles any components, places the piece in the room you specify, and removes all packaging. No curbside drops. No wrestling boxes up stairs. The experience is part of the purchase.
