For online orders, full payment is due at checkout unless otherwise confirmed by Ali Guler Furniture in writing.

We may delay, decline, cancel, or withhold shipment or delivery if payment is not successfully completed, verified, authorized, or cleared.

7. Returns, Shipping, and Inspection Policies

Cancellations, return requests, and service-related issues are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping, delivery procedures, delivery inspection, fit responsibility, refused delivery, delivery-related charges, and related documentation are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and Ali Guler Furniture.

8. Item-by-Item Remedies Only

All delivery review, inspection, service review, repair, replacement, return eligibility, refusal, and acceptance are handled item by item.

A problem, delay, shortage, defect claim, or service issue affecting one item, one component, or one shipment does not create the right to reject, cancel, return, or receive a refund for the entire order or for unaffected items.

9. Service First; Return or Refund Not Automatic

If an item is alleged to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or missing, Ali Guler Furniture may first elect to address the matter through repair, replacement parts, corrective service, touch-up where appropriate, or replacement of the affected item.

A full return or full refund is not automatic.

10. Customer Responsibility for Fit and Site Conditions

The customer is solely responsible for confirming all measurements, fit, access, delivery path, building restrictions, room placement, and site readiness before delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because of fit, access limitations, clearance issues, building restrictions, unsafe conditions, or customer-side site conditions, the customer remains responsible for resulting costs, including delivery attempt charges, return transportation, storage, handling, and redelivery where applicable.

11. Delivery Scope

Delivery services are limited to the service level purchased and confirmed by Ali Guler Furniture.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, delivery does not include home or building modification, removal of doors, windows, fixtures, railings, or wall-mounted items, electrical work, plumbing work, construction work, hoisting, crane service, or any special handling beyond the purchased delivery scope.

Our delivery team and delivery partners may decline any request that falls outside the purchased delivery scope or creates safety, property, or liability concerns.

12. Refused Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts

If a customer refuses delivery after an order or item has been dispatched, Ali Guler Furniture may treat that refusal as a failed delivery attempt, unless we determine in writing that the refusal was justified for the specific affected item.

If the entire order is refused because of a concern affecting only one item, the refusal may still be treated as a failed delivery attempt for the unaffected items.

The customer may be responsible for actual related costs, including delivery attempt charges, return transportation, storage, handling, and redelivery.

13. Warranty

Any applicable product warranty, if offered, is governed solely by the written warranty terms provided by Ali Guler Furniture, if any. No employee, salesperson, contractor, or delivery team member may expand or modify any warranty unless confirmed by Ali Guler Furniture in writing.

14. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute inconsistent with these Terms, our posted policies, signed documents, delivery records, inspection records, photographs, item counts, communications, or other transaction records, Ali Guler Furniture reserves the right to present all supporting documentation to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, court, or other applicable authority.

If Ali Guler Furniture prevails in connection with a payment dispute, chargeback defense, collection matter, or enforcement action arising from the order, we may seek recovery of amounts due, actual costs, administrative costs, collection costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and other amounts recoverable under applicable law.

Ali Guler Furniture shall not be responsible for delay, nonperformance, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation manufacturing delays, material shortages, carrier issues, transportation interruptions, container delays, port congestion, customs delays, labor shortages, severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, utility interruption, government action, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, estimated shipping, delivery, repair, replacement, and service timelines may be extended accordingly.

27. No Verbal Modifications

No verbal statement, sales conversation, delivery conversation, text message, informal assurance, or prior discussion modifies these Terms or any of our policies unless confirmed by Ali Guler Furniture in writing.

28. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

For the avoidance of doubt, Ali Guler Furniture may seek recovery under this Section in connection with, without limitation, any action involving unpaid amounts, refused delivery charges, chargebacks, payment reversals, breach of these Terms, breach of any incorporated policy, enforcement of delivery records, or defense against claims brought by a customer or third party arising from the transaction.

This Section is cumulative of, and not in limitation of, any other rights or remedies available to Ali Guler Furniture at law, in equity, or under any applicable statute.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, any invoice, and any written order-specific document issued by Ali Guler Furniture, constitute the complete agreement between you and Ali Guler Furniture regarding the transaction, except where superseded by a separately signed written agreement.
