Ali Guler Furniture Shipping Policy
Last updated: 4/20/2026
At Ali Guler Furniture, we want every delivery to feel well coordinated, professional, and clearly documented. Because many of our pieces are large, handcrafted, and require specialized handling, this Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, inspection, and delivery-related issues are handled.
Shipping and delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier scheduling, and service level. Any shipping or delivery estimate is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Order Processing and Scheduling
Orders are scheduled for shipment or delivery after payment has been completed and the order is ready for release. We may contact you to confirm delivery details, scheduling, access information, and related logistics before delivery.
We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or withhold shipment or delivery if payment has not been successfully completed, verified, authorized, or cleared, or if additional delivery information is needed.
Delivery Scope
Delivery services are limited to the service level purchased and confirmed with the order.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, delivery does not include:
- modifications to the home or building
- removal of doors, windows, fixtures, railings, or wall-mounted items
- electrical, plumbing, or construction work
- hoisting, crane service, or special rigging
- any special handling beyond the purchased delivery scope
Our delivery team and delivery partners may decline requests that fall outside the purchased delivery scope or create safety, property, or liability concerns.
Customer Responsibility Before Delivery
Before delivery, the customer is responsible for confirming:
- item measurements
- room dimensions
- entry clearance
- doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and turns
- building access requirements
- any site conditions that may affect delivery or placement
If delivery cannot be completed because of fit, access limitations, clearance issues, building restrictions, unsafe conditions, scheduling issues, or customer-side site conditions, additional charges may apply.
Inspection at Delivery
Each item should be inspected at the time of delivery.
If there is visible damage, an apparent shortage, or another issue that can be identified upon arrival, it should be noted at delivery whenever possible. Prompt inspection helps us review and address delivery-related concerns more accurately.
Item-by-Item Acceptance
Acceptance or refusal must be handled item by item.
A concern affecting one item, one component, or one shipment does not automatically affect the rest of the order. A concern with one item does not create the right to reject the entire order or all remaining items.
Delivery Records and Documentation
The delivery form is an important part of the delivery record.
If a customer chooses not to sign the delivery form, the delivery, delivery condition, or delivery attempt does not automatically become invalid. Ali Guler Furniture and/or its delivery partners may document the delivery with notes, photographs, video, item counts, and related records.
Refused Delivery After Dispatch
Once an order or item has been dispatched for shipment or delivery, a refusal at delivery may be treated as a failed delivery attempt unless Ali Guler Furniture determines in writing that the refusal was justified for the specific affected item.
If the full order is refused because of a concern affecting only one item, the refusal may still be treated as a failed delivery attempt for the unaffected items.
Charges Related to Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because of refusal, access limitations, site conditions, scheduling issues, or other customer-side circumstances, the customer may be responsible for actual related costs, including:
- delivery attempt charges
- return transportation
- storage
- handling
- redelivery
- other related logistics costs
Shipping Delays and Events Outside Our Control
Shipping and delivery timing may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier issues, weather, port congestion, customs delays, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, estimated shipping, delivery, repair, replacement, or service timelines may be extended accordingly.
Delivery-Related Issues After Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, resolution is handled under our Return and Refund Policy and related service process.
In those cases, our first step is typically repair, replacement parts, corrective service, touch-up where appropriate, or replacement of the affected item. A full return or full refund is not automatic.
For clarity, any review, service, return, or remedy is handled item by item.
