Every order is fully insured in transit. With white-glove delivery the piece is our responsibility until it is in your room: our two-person crew carries it in, unwraps it, and you sign off only after you have inspected it together — if anything is wrong at that point we handle it, at our cost. With curbside, the piece is inspected and signed for at the kerb, and the insurance still covers it in transit.
