Standard white-glove ships your piece on its own truck — fast, but expensive at distance. Flex pairs your delivery with two or three other clients in the same region. You wait a few weeks longer; we run a more efficient trip; everyone pays significantly less.

Common questions before delivery day.

How long does delivery take from order to arrival?

Most pieces ship from Houston within 10–15 days. White-glove standard schedules within 1–3 weeks of arrival in your region. White-glove flex ships in a 4–6 week window. Custom pieces (bespoke fabric, finish, or size) take 8–14 weeks before they ship.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

It's never happened on a white-glove delivery — and that's by design. Our crew inspects with you before they leave. If you find any damage at sign-off, we don't accept the signature. We replace, repair, or refund. Curbside damage is rare but possible; we ask you to inspect within 48 hours and document any issues with photos.

Do you handle stairs, elevators, and tight access?

Yes — included in white-glove standard and flex. Our team has handled walk-ups, freight elevators, narrow halls, and tight turns for years. If you have unusual access (third floor walk-up with a tight stairwell, or a gated community with strict hours), let us know at checkout so we can plan ahead.

Can I reschedule if life gets in the way?

Absolutely. Once we've confirmed your window, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before delivery at no charge. Last-minute reschedules (within 48 hours) may incur a re-trip fee depending on zone. We're flexible — just call.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Africa and Europe are included at no charge under our existing arrangement (we have established freight partnerships in those regions). Other international destinations are quoted on request. Hawaii and Alaska we handle case-by-case.

Do you offer assembly?

Light assembly — legs, hardware, mirror mounting, headboard attachment — is included with white-glove standard and flex. Anything beyond standard assembly (built-in installs, wall mounts requiring drilling, custom commission install) is quoted separately, but we handle it through our own team in most cases.
