Sofas, dining tables and beds can be made larger or smaller. Dining tables beyond eight seats are made to order.

Solid kiln-dried hornbeam and beech, mortise-and-tenon and dowel joinery, corner-blocked frames, high-density foam on elastic webbing.

Who can apply?
Interior designers, architects, home stagers, builders and developers, and hospitality professionals with an established practice. Membership is by approval.
I am a real estate agent. Can I join?
Yes, through our referral program. Register above with your brokerage details, and our trade desk sends the referral agreement to you and your sponsoring broker. Referral fees are paid to your brokerage and disclosed to your client in writing.
What do I need to apply?
Your website or portfolio, at least three photos of projects you completed, two professional references, and one document that proves your practice: a resale certificate, a professional license or membership (ASID, IIDA, NCIDQ, AIA), or a business formation document.
How do I receive program details?
Our trade desk reviews every application personally, usually within 3 business days, and emails approved members their program details.
Can I purchase tax-exempt?
Yes, with a valid resale certificate that covers furniture or home furnishings. Upload it with your application.
Can I specify custom fabrics, finishes and sizes?
Yes. Every fabric and finish we make can be used on any piece, and sofas, dining tables and beds can be made larger or smaller. Custom pieces follow our standard schedule of typically 12–16 weeks.
What are your lead times?
In-stock pieces ship from our Houston warehouse in 10–15 days. Made-to-order pieces typically take 12–16 weeks.
Where do you deliver?
Across the mainland United States, with white-glove delivery and placement. Every piece is our responsibility until it is in place. Delivery is quoted by zone.
Can I bring clients to see the pieces?
Yes. Our Houston gallery at 3226 Hillcroft St is open seven days a week, and we can walk you and your clients through any piece on a private video tour.
Do you prepare room layouts?
Yes, for registered professionals. Send us the floor plan and we return a measured layout with our pieces placed in the room.
